Cedric was a British Scientific consultant born April 26, 1931 in Langley, Buckinghamshire, England. Son of Stanley Edward and Ethel Helen Florence (Crisp) Stratton and came to the United States, 1963. Professor Emeritus of Physical Chemistry, Armstrong Atlantic State University, Savannah, Georgia.
